If you have forgot your password, visit the "Forgot Password" page by clicking the "Forgot Password" button on the sign in page, and enter your registration email address.
If you have an account associated with the email, you will receive a password reset email shortly. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder as well, please try again with a different email as you might have registered your account using a different email address. Also, please note that password reset links are only valid for 6 hours.
Once you have the password reset email, click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password. You do NOT need to enter your current password.
